There are some mushrooms 
There are some butterflies in the garden
I have some flowerpots
I need some petals for this recipe
He loves some flowers!

 


Exercise 2: Turn the following sentences from negative to positive. Remember to use any or some according to the grammar rules / Ejercicio 2: Cambia las siguientes oraciones de negativo a positivo. Recuerda utilizar any o some de acuerdo a las reglas gramaticales

There aren’t any plants in the garden
There isn’t any oak trees in the city 
I do not love any flowers
There are not any roots in the ground

 


Exercise 3: Look to the following picture and write 3 affirmative and 3 negative sentences / Ejercicio 3: Observa la imagen y escribe 3 oraciones afirmativas y 3 oraciones negativas

What do you think flowers represent on the occasions you give them? / Exercise 4: Cuéntanos en que ocasión comprarías flores y ¿por qué? ¿Qué crees que representen las flores en la ocasión que las entregarías?
