Canadian Global Education and Development Institute CGEDI

It recognizes the importance of global citizens who, in their role as social actors, describe themselves as empowered and authentic people, capable of contributing to realities in which it is necessary to build global citizen awareness. For this reason, the institute has identified a set of areas that allow participation and contributing protagonism to benefit the global target population. In this sense, CGDEI has formed two areas of intervention as presented below:

Consisting of committed people capable of assuming, from their personal and professional skills, the opportunity to participate in national programs for the development of global citizen awareness in various vital areas

GLOBAL VOLUNTEERS INTER

People with deep conviction of service and the common good, willing to develop new life experiences, through the dedication of their personal time to the implementation of projects and programs of the Canadian Global Education and Development Institute in various countries, through international cooperation and sustainable development agreements.

VALUES OF GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP

VALUES TRAINING PROGRAM

It is aimed at training in global citizenship, which is formed by several subprograms aimed at the development of personal, family and social competencies through short trainings that respond to the construction of inclusive coexistence, social inclusion, social participation, cultural coexistence, diversity and the promotion of spaces of emotional support for success, among others.

PROGRAM FOR THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION

This program is oriented towards personal success, having as one of the central focus the rebuilding and reconnection with personal values, from the perspective of effective integration tools. For this, CGEDI implements training activities and meetings that allow clarifying and guiding the personal life project within a social context. The recipients of this program will participate in training courses to promote global citizenship, which are linked to the acquisition and reinforcement of personal and social skills for successful integration using various methodologies of social research and coaching.
